At the end of 2023, the country managed to accumulate foreign investment destined for the automotive sector of $18,788.4 million dollars, in the case of the lower region it amounted to $4,369.5 million dollars (mdd), San Luis Potosí at the head. with $1,650.3 million dollars, followed by Guanajuato with $1,295.8 million dollars, Querétaro with $878.6 million dollars and Aguascalientes with $536.8 million dollars.

These investments have directly benefited the industrial real estate market with the demand for warehouses and industrial land to establish their manufacturing and logistics operations.
